Each week during the season I'll post an updated MISL Power Ranking which will be based off the
cumulative results and current strength of each team. Here's my rankings heading into Week 5.
#1 Milwaukee Wave (4-0, 1st Place MISL Central Division)The Milwaukee Wave improved to 4-0 on the season this past weekend with a victory over the Wichita
Wings.

After being named the Week 3 MISL Player of the Week earlier this season, Baltimore Blast
goalkeeper Sagu has been named the MISL Goalkeeper of the Month for November. Sagu was the clear
cut favorite for the award after posting a 4-1 record in addition to a 9.

What needs to go right for the Blast:
- Avoid complacency: Along with the Milwaukee Wave, the Baltimore Blast are the hottest
team in the MISL right now.

The Baltimore Blast completed a perfect 5-0 road trip with a 10-4 victory over the Rochester
Lancers on Saturday evening at the Blue Cross Arena. The victory moved the Blast to 5-1 on the
season and 2 1/2 games ahead of the second place Lancers who are now 3-4.
Here is this week's former SKC Wizards update for you. No really big news this week when it comes
to former Wizards, so here's the update.

cumulative results and current strength of each team. Here's my rankings heading into Week 6.
#1 Milwaukee Wave (5-0, 1st Place MISL Central Division)While the Baltimore Blast are making a compelling argument for why they should be ranked #1 in the
power rankings, the Milwaukee Wave are still the top team in the league at this moment.

Baltimore Blast (5-1) vs. Missouri Comets (5-3)
Game Time: 12/9/2011 7:35PM
http://www.misllivesoccer.com/
What needs to go right for the Blast:
- Stop the recent skid at home: Dating back to the last season's MISL Championship Game,
the Baltimore Blast have lost their last two games at home.
For almost 3 quarters of last night's game between the Comets and the Baltimore Blast, it appeared
that it was going to be a similar result for the Comets. Since returning to the MISL last year, the
Comets have not been able to beat the Blast, going 0-4 coming into the game last night. After
grabbing an early 2-0 lead through Ryan Junge, the Blast scored the next 10 points to look to be
going away mid-way through the third quarter.

For nearly 57 minutes in last night's match it seemed to be a foregone conclusion that the
Baltimore Blast would go on to win their sixth consecutive game and their first at home this
season. Fortunately for the Missouri Comets, there was just enough time left in the game to pull
out two late three point goals in the final minutes to complete an unbelievable 12-10 win on the
road.

Baltimore Blast (5-2) vs. Syracuse Silver Knights (3-5)
Game Time: 12/10/2011 7:35PM

What needs to go right for the Blast:
- Put last night's game in the rear view mirror: Last night's loss to the Missouri Comets
was a hard one to swallow for the Blast and their fans.
After a hard fought, dramatic late game victory over the Baltimore Blast on Friday night, the
Comets went into Norfolk for the second game of their road trip with high hopes. The Sharx have
still yet to win a game in the league this season, and in most of the games they've played they've
not been close.
NORFOLK SHARX STILL HUNGRY FOR FIRST WIN Drop home match to Missouri 15-4
Norfolk, Virginia – The Norfolk SharX looked threatening in the first half of Saturday night's
game against Missouri at Norfolk Scope Arena but were only able to capitalize once for two points
during the first two periods.

MISL Weekly Round-Up
The Milwaukee Wave continue to roll, Baltimore's return home from the road is a surprisingly tough
one, and defensive players providing offensive firepower are in the spotlight in this week's MISL
Round-Up.
WAVE STILL ROLLING ALONG

For the second consecutive evening the Baltimore Blast found a way to give away a game they should
have won in front of their home crowd.
Coming off a shocking 12-10 loss the night before at the hands of the Missouri Comets, the Blast
found a way to lose their second game in as many nights to the Syracuse Silver Knights by a score
of 12-9.

#1 Milwaukee Wave (6-0, 1st Place MISL Central Division)The Milwaukee Wave just keep on rolling.
By Joel GreenwaldtBaltimore Blast (5-3) vs. Missouri Comets (7-3)
Game Time: 12/16/2011 7:35PM
http://www.misllivesoccer.com/
What needs to go right for the Blast:
- Play a full 60 minutes at home: In their two losses last weekend to the Missouri Comets
and Syracuse Silver Knights respectively, the Baltimore Blast seemed to lack the focus to finish
off their opponents.
The score was a lot closer than the scoreline appeared, but the Comets saw their 4 game winning
streak snapped last night in Baltimore as the Comets fell to the Blast 17-9. Playing without
captain Byron Alvarez and defender Bryan Harris, the task was already a big ask for the Comets.
Some defensive mistakes once again cost the Comets early as Shaun David capitalized on a poor back
pass to Danny Waltman a little over a minute into the game.

Baltimore Blast (6-3) vs. Norfolk SharX (0-7)
Game Time: 12/18/2011 4:30 PM

What needs to go right for the Blast:
- Put the game away early: The Norfolk SharX have had a disastrous start to their first
season in the MISL.
Norfolk's Matthew Delicate Scores Hat Trick in 19-8 loss
Norfolk, Virginia The Norfolk SharX played almost flawless soccer in the first quarter of Sunday
night's match with the storied Baltimore Blast. Matthew Delicate scored at 0:22 of the match
to take the SharX up 2-0 and the lead held throughout the first quarter of play.

The Baltimore Blast entered this past weekend desperate for their first home win of the season,
while at the same time seeking to regain some momentum as they prepare to head into a vital stretch
of their schedule.
The Blast were successful on both fronts as they defeated the Missouri Comets on Friday evening
17-9 in front of 4,081 fans at the First Mariner Arena.

NORFOLK–Standing in the stadium concourse signing autographs after another difficult
loss Sunday, Norfolk SharX coach Jon Hall had a rhetorical question when asked whether he's seen
improvement in the first-year MISL team:
"What do you think?
MISL Press Release
