La Copa Africana de Naciones 2012 será la 28ª edición de la Copa Africana de Naciones.
La pelota fue llamada "Comoequa", y posee la misma tecnología que fue utilizada en el balón diseñado para la Eurocopa 2012, el ya celebre "Tango 12".
Por su parte, "Comoequa" tiene un amarillo predominante y colores que se inspiran en las banderas de los dos países organizadores ya que se disputará tanto en Gabón como en Guinea Ecuatorial.
