Fernando Torres' agent has denied making any comments regarding the 26-year-old's future at Liverpool to the English press on Monday morning.
Jose Antonio Martin says that he hasn't spoken to the English media in months and has dismissed claims that the Spain international is thinking of switching to another Premier League club this summer.

Manchester City will try and ensure they outbid any competitors in the race for Liverpool striker Fernando Torres.
According to the People, Manchester City chiefs have asked the player's advisers at Bahia International to inform them of any offers on the table for the Liverpool forward.
"They are willing to pay one pound more than the best offer that comes in for Fernando," a source close to Torres told the paper.

Another griping Campeonato Brasileiro was decided on the final day. Having led the championship for most of the year, honours went to Fluminense after their 1-0 win over Guarani in the estádio Engenhão. Coach Muricy Ramalho's overly-cautious style may not suit the purists but he is the most successful coach in recent years winning four titles in the last five seasons.
