We all know how Rangers and Celtic fans feel about each other. But this is just mean. Here's the
backstory for those who need it: The Scottish Premier League title was decided on Sunday. For
Celtic to overtake Rangers on the final day, the Bhoys needed to beat Hearts at home and hope that
Rangers failed [.
Good day for Shakhtar Donetsk. Not only did the team win the UEFA Cup, but the club also found out
they were at least €12 million richer thanks to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Here's the
backstory: In July 2007, Brazilian midfielder Matuzalém left Shakhtar to join Real Zaragoza

Quite funny! Here's the backstory for those who need it: The Scottish Premier League title was
decided on Sunday. For Celtic to overtake Rangers on the final day, the Bhoys needed to beat Hearts
at home and hope that Rangers failed to beat Dundee Utd away. Sadly for Celtic, that didn't ...
In yet another reason why the Internet rules, Soul Train has its own YouTube channel.
I can be 98% sure that, in the mid-70s, I was the only boy in my neighborhood who watched Soul

nationwide, but hardly bringing through an amazing stream of talent.
We're heading into a new season of European football, which for most people really only means
Champions League football. The big question ahead of every Champions League season is of course not
who wins it - Stuttgart won't, Wolfsburg won't and most probably Bayern won't either so why bother
- but who earns how much.
Remember how we never win a match at the San Siro? And how, not counting the Champions League

deplorable it is.
There are many legendary football players. There are many legendary hair styles. But only a
select few managed to combine the two. Germany and Borussia Mönchengladbach playmaker Günter
Netzer is one who had the hair of legends.
This post sets out to tell its' story.
Season 1965/1966 to 1966/1967
Here's the template from which to start.
Saturday's Bundesliga action coincided with the 19th anniversary of Germany's reunification,
which conveniently is also the country's national holiday albeit without lethal fireworks or
military parades. To celebrate the event Berlin went all out artsy with some megalomaniac
puppeteering, while the Bundesliga chose a more pragmatic approach, by retelling the the events
through football over 90 minutes.

The news this week that Watford's financial
crisis means a team in the Premier League as recently as 2007 are headed for administration, and
the ten point deduction that would result and put their position in the Championship in serious
jeopardy, came as a considerable surprise to most.
