How to make a match official look bent When Ayr United's Alex Williams scored a late equaliser
against Kilmarnock he didn't want to celebrate with his team-mates. Oh no, he wanted to rip off his
shirt and hug the referee. The man in black, Steve Conroy, tried to pull away before his good name

As it's the Scottish Cup that takes over the league program north of the border, we thought we'd
look back over some of the great Scottish Cup upsets over the years, beginning with a team that has
caused it's fair share of heartache for one SPL side in particular. Can you guess who it is ..?

There's a pretty busy four days of football coming up in Scotland. The fourth round of the Scottish
Cup takes place between Saturday and Tuesday and, as well as all that, there's some domestic league
action down in the Second and Third divisions too. Up in the Highland League there are five games
scheduled but, like all of the games planned, whether any or all of these go ahead depends very

The weather may have gotten the better of the Scottish Cup games at Forfar, Brechin and Inverurie,
but there was plenty of action in the other fixtures taking place. We round up the Scottish Cup
action with the reports from the various club sites (where possible) and some nice pictures.
The Scottish football season finally comes to a halt as Rangers win the Scottish Cup following
their 1-0 win over Falkirk last Saturday. The promotion and relegation fixtures have been played;
St Johnstone, Raith Rovers, Ayr United, Stenhousemuir and
Dumbarton are all preparing for life in a higher division following their

Park and Stranraer, next season will mean having to adjust to life in a
lower league.

Would that make it "Hand of Apostle" or something? Don't know. What we do know is this is
one of the most blatant handballs in the history of ever and the fact that he got away with it
means this entire refereeing crew should be reassigned to Brazil. Despite Bryan Prunty being a

I'm not that far behind though.
Colorado Rapids - With their back to back home 1-0 wins the Rapids have given themselves a bit of
breathing room. They are third in the West and tired for 5th overall with DC.
Is it ever a good idea to invite your boss to a social function? I guess since it was his
wedding, Ryan Stevenson (above, left), a midfielder for Scottish First Division side Ayr United,
was obligated to invite his manager, Brian Reid, but when the boss arrived, he immediately proved
to be the worst wedding guest since your senile aunt Linda and her suffocated cat wrapped as a
present by shutting down the bar.
The always excellent Scottish Football Blog has started a series of articles looking back at the
last decade in the game north of the border. They begin the series with a look back at our club's

as all that (as long [.
