Napoli are keen to land Liverpool defender Andrea Dossena, but agent Roberto La Florio has warned a
financial strait-jacket could scupper negotiations.
Dossena is said to be willing to return to Italy and the Partenopei have shown an interest. But
they want the player on a loan deal, rather than a permanent contract as president Aurelio De
Laurentiis docks transfer allowances, according to reports in Italy.
Liverpool defender Andrea Dossena is unlikely to leave Anfield for Napoli in January, according to
his agent.
Dossena has not especially enjoyed his 18 month spell on Merseyside, struggling to make any impact
on the first team.
A proposed move back to Serie A has been mooted for several months, with Napoli appearing to be
favourites to land the Italian international.
According to Simone Bargellini at Sky Sports News, Napoli are tired hearing all
the rumors linking them with Liverpool defender Andrea Dossena.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis told Gazzetta dello Sport,
"I'm tired of hearing about Dossena.
