West Brom have one of the better runs for the next few weeks, including a great home double in week
27 against West Ham and Wolves - there should be at least a few points in it for a Baggie player or
two in this gameweek. Over the next 5 weeks, their toughest competition comes from Man City away in
week 26, but is bookended with a match against Stoke and Birmingham as well as a match against
Wigan in week 25.

Bob Bradley injected new blood into the USMNT talent stream in Saturday night's 1-1 draw with
Chile, but as seems to be his habit, missed a chance to do more with his opportunity. The first
half was mostly bad, while the second picked up and significantly so with the substitutions of Juan
Agudelo and Teal Bunbury.
I am not only a football fan but I also enjoy reading a good magazine and looking at beautiful
women. You can do that also in this month's edition of FHM, featuring Nicole Scherzinger. Yeah, I'm
sure you know her, but you can also find a lot of other great articles. Find out more about that

FIFPro announced the 2010 World XI yesterday during the Balon d'Or gala in Zurich, a list
consisting of the years best goalkeeper, the four best defenders, the three best midfielders and
the three best attackers. The list goes as follows: Goal: Iker Casillas (Spain, Real Madrid);
Defense: Maicon (Brazil, Internazionale), Lúcio (Brazil, Internazionale), Gerard Piqué [.
The New England Revolution found itself on the outside of the playoff picture looking in last
season. In an effort to avoid a repeat of that scenario, the Revs looked to shore up its defense by
landing one of the top centerback prospects in the MLS SuperDraft, taking California's A.J. Soares
with the sixth overall pick.
Arsenal travel to Elland Road for a fixture we could have done without. Nevertheless, it's a
game we have to play and must win.
I was not happy with the result in the original fixture but the performance of Leeds was
commendable. They seem like a team from the same mould as Blackpool or WBA and their manager
Grayson reminds me a bit of Holloway.
Despite a lack of goals this season, Wayne Rooney appears to be rediscovering his form.Jonathan
Wilson writes about whether goals scored is the measure of a player's performance.
Wayne Rooney didn't score on Saturday. He did help set up three of Manchester United's five
goals against Birmingham City and generally looked as though he may at last be approaching his
best, but he didn't net himself.
Another interesting tale involving a top striker in the Premier League sparked again this season
as after Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez wantaway case not long ago, Liverpool's talismanic striker,
Fernando Torres, shocked everyone by doing the same things as those previous two top attackers.
Life without Gareth Bale? It began after 10 minutes last weekend, will continue today and, if
scurrilous rumours are to be believed may even take on a more permanent edge, with Inter
understandably keen to see "Year abroad" added to his already astonishing CV in the near future.
Mercifully, this is one of the transfer window's less likely rumours, but his absence nevertheless
seems likely this afternoon.
