Social media has been a revelation for players and fans to engage in talks, express themselves
to each other and establish a stronger relationship. There's a downside to tweeting before thinking
things through, however.

In the hours following the Union's official announcement of their decision to sell Sebastien Le

Tom Thibodeau has transitioned from being an outstanding assistant coach in the NBA to the 2010-11
NBA Coach of the Year as the head coach of the Chicago Bulls.
Rick Telander of the Chicago Sun Times writes of what makes Thibodeau such a special coach.
‘‘Before we made the decision to hire him, we did an incredible amount of background work
on all the candidates,'' says Bulls general manager Gar Forman, who with executive vice president
for basketball operations John Paxson signed Thibodeau as the 18th head coach in franchise history
on June 23, 2010.

fixtures last night. The Ivory Coast will now face Zambia who made it to the final after causing
one of the biggest upsets of the entire tournament by knocking out Ghana. The Black Stars however
have no one to blame but themselves for their exist after failing to make a host of chances they
had count including a missed penalty by Asamoah Gyan.

overlooked: Ezra Hendrickson (assistant coach) played with EJ with FC Dallas and Chris Henderson
(technical director) and David Tenney (fitness coach) both coached EJ in Kansas City. Eddie was far
from unknown to this coaching staff.

The New York Red Bulls goalkeeping situation continues to be a major point of emphasis as the
preseason forges on.
Amongst the guest players joining the club in Arizona are Ray Burse and Phillip Tuttle, two
netminders expected to push Ryan Meara and Jeremy Vuolo while vying for a place on the club's
roster.
