The Chelsea v Inter Milan match in Pasadena, California last night turned out to be a
Hollywood affair as a crapton of celebrities were in attendance, including Charlize Theron, Ashton
Kutcher, Alyssa Milano, and honorary Chelsea captain Will Ferrell. The match ended 2-0 in favor of
Chelsea, but what if it continued?
Guess who came by to watch the Chelsea vs. Inter Milan match at the Rose Bowl in the LA suburb of

So was a loud and appreciative crowd of more than 80,000 that braved rush hour traffic and
suffocating heat in Pasadena.
All to see a meaningless friendly between Jose Mourinho's old club - Chelsea - and his current

When I first heard of Twitter, I thought it was a dirty verb, like: "Get Twittered!" or "Go
Twitter yourself!" (And maybe there's still potential for that.) Turns out it's a social
networking website. And it has undeniably become the Next Big Net Thing.
In addition to allowing friends to keep up with each other's day-to-day goings-on, all kinds
of organizations from restaurants to sporting clubs to Ashton Kutcher are learning to use its
free marketing potential to promote themselves.
It pains me to say it, but Chelsea Offside has joined the so-called Twitter "revolution."

deuce? I think not.
Still, I think it may expose what we do here to a few more people as well as making it perhaps a
little easier for those who have been following Chelsea Offside to keep up with updates.

Who knew Ashton Kutcher is so big into Bulgarian football? The details and truths are scarce, but
the quotes leaving us rife with the possibility for assumptions. Levski "sold" four of their top
players to Russian champions Rubin Kazan last week in an alarmingly large deal. (Four players to
one team in one deal?
I've seen it reported on the internets recently that Vanderlei Luxemburgo resigned as Palmeiras
coach via Twitter. Brilliant as that may sound, it's not really true. The less sensational but more
accurate thing to say is that Palmeiras sacked Luxemburgo last Friday, because he disagreed with
the club's decision to sell Keirrison.
