Its seems that Town's Barmy Army is once again divided.
One half are angry that Paul Jewell played a second choice team last night, effectively dumping us out of the one ray of joy we had last year - the Carling Cup.
The other are relieved, if bothered at all, that we don't have to worry about losing players to injury and exhaustion in 'The Mickey Mouse Cup'.

It's been a little quiet at Broadhall Way over the last couple of weeks. I expected a fairly busy summer with plenty of comings and goings to keep us occupied during the close season, but it has been the opposite really. Guy Madjo's arrival was announced early on and didn't particularly overwhelm the supporters.

That's it then. All over for another season and what have we got to show for it this time around? A 5th place finish in the league, quarter final exit from the Champions League, 4th round exit in the FA Cup and 3rd round in the Carling Cup. That's the cold, hard stats of the season.
