In what looks to be a depressing case of "Footballer Goes Verrrrrückt
(insane)", Bayern Munich's Brazilian defender Breno is set to face indictment for his act of arson
on his own home in September last year. And if he is found guilty (all evidence, unfortunately,
points to him) in court this month, Breno will face up to 10 years in prison.
Bayern Munich's Brazilian defender Breno was released from prison on Thursday after posting
bail. Breno (21) was arrested on September 24 on suspicion of arson after his Munich
home was gutted by fire last month. Breno was at home nursing an injury when the fire started and
was arrested on suspicion of arson by Munich Police.
Apologies as we're a little late on this one but, after bringing you news that Breno's house had
been gutted by fire last week, news is filtering through that the Bayern Munich defender has been
arrested by German police on suspicion of having started the blaze himself.
It is not a question of the owner having patience. I have said we have set out to build
something new at this club and the club is committed to what we are building for the future.

The perspective is we have to win every game if we want to make this a title challenge. There is
no running away from responsibilities, there is no calling this a year of transition.
Today is one of the most exciting days I have had for many a year. While you are all getting out
of bed and getting ready for your day ahead, I will be setting off to collect the two new additions
to our family. Am I excited? You bet I am!
I do realise though I will have been back home for many hours before our illustrious leader
joins us, in fact I bet I will be home before he even stops snoring!
A man has been arrested on suspicion of torching former Newcastle United star Andy Carroll's
car.
The striker's brand new chrome-plated Range Rover was set on fire outside Toon captain Kevin
Nolan's house last October.
Carroll, who signed for Liverpool for a British record £35m in January, was staying at his
skipper's home in Darras Hall, Ponteland, at the time as a condition of his bail, after being
charged with assaulting his former girlfriend Laurie Henderson, 18.
Newcastle striker Andy Carroll was given a rather unfriendly welcome to his new neighborhood
last evening around 7:00 PM. The EPL forward recently moved in with his side's captain Kevin Nolan
due to being involved in a domestic dispute incident with his live-in girlfriend earlier in the
week.
I am not going to mention our blip at the weekend, what's the point? Let's do what the team
should do and move on I hope they all take it as a kick in the doo daa's and use it to our
advantage.
We have another game tomorrow night, win that one and I am sure we will not only qualify, but
also secure top spot in our group.
Prizes, thats what points mean, and today we are going for the Brucie Bonus
I am still smiling from a comment London made yesterday. The wise man had found out that our
game against Sunderland was being shown live on Italia television and that all we have to do is
find a good Italian bar, sit down with a few beers and watch the game.
Being the sufferer of bad bones as I am, in the days when I lived with my Mother and would be in
dreadful pain and discomfort, she would often say, well think youself lucky, look at so and so up
in the village, she's in a wheelchair with her Arthritis!
Check the contents I have to report that Trading Standards have been round to examine the current
article to assess the football content. Football blogs are no different to sausages apparently,.
There has to be a certain level of football and, or meat content. Fellow Bloggers you have been
warned. Any more of this looting, arson , vandalism and socio economic special pleading malarkey

'There are so many very unhappy people around..' my wife said , her voice tailing off
despondently as we watched the TV coverage this week of rioting, looting and arson wrecking lives
and destroying communities. As Hilary and I tried to make sense of it all, our mood swung wildly
from anger at the wanton nature of the destruction to despair at the social alienation these tragic
events signified.
That such a volte-face should come about so quickly was, to be perfectly frank, a surprise. This
time last week, Wrexham FC had been sold to a consortium led by Jon Harris which was probably
backed by Colin Poole and that, they wished us to believe, was that. Although it felt as if the
fight wasn't over yet and a visit to Poole's Netley Hall in Shropshire at the weekend may well have
been an embarrassment to him not least because of several of the comments that his wife made at the
time there was still a suspicion that this particular battle was slipping away from the supporters
of the club.
Freddie Ljungberg makes front page news in his native Sweden. No, he isn't returning to Europe,
returning to the Swedish National Team, or retiring. Instead, the Expressen is reporting about the
arson-related death of a man who Ljungberg bought property from over a year ago. It's not like
Ljungberg flew all the way to Sweden, bought a couple gallons of gasoline, and set this 68 year-old
man's
A bad penalty call late in a match between Indian sides Vedic Village Reddy Enterprise and
Kashipur Baghajatin Sangha caused supporters of the losing team to overreact just a smidge. From
Express India:
Their supporters fired pipe guns, killing a spectator, Aminul Islam, and injuring five
others.
