The second episode of the ArseNole podcast is out now! It's much longer than the first one, because Joaquin and I had loads to go over. We talk about Euro 2008, Adebayor and Hleb, other transfer stories, and some early predictions for the squad next season. The sound quality isn't great but we're figuring it all out as we go so please bear with us on that.

Morning everyone. I've got to leave for work in about twenty minutes so I can't be arsed to write about Adebayor yet again today, especially said I'd take a break from all that. There really isn't that much other news for the day so I've decided to do something fun and I've made a Premiership fantasy league for all of us to play in.

Joaquin and i recorded it during the first half of the Stuttgart match yesterday. The sound quality should be better than the last time but we're still trying to improve it every time we do it.

Yeah I told you there was going to be a podcast today and there actually is so that is awesome. I think it's pretty good but that's why I need people to listen to it, so it isn't only my opinion. I go over a lot of stuff in a little time, including Gallas, the injuries, a review of our fixtures so far this year, internationals, preview the Everton match, the salary cap situation and a couple of other things.
