The Carling Cup showcase for the youth brigade is this afternoon. Keeping company with Jack
Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Fran Merida, Craig Eastmond, Sanchez Watt are a few war veterans- Alex
Song, Tomas Rosicky, Emmanuel Eboue, and Mikael Silvestre.
Manchester City finally found a way to win a match, and not draw for once, when it defeated a
very young Arsenal squad in today's Carling Cup quarterfinals. The 3-0 victory was sparked by a
wonderful goal from Argentine striker Carlos Tevez, who danced around the Gunners defense to open
the scoring.

The other day, unless I'm mistaken, I'm sure heard Le Boss say that we needed a striker. Now I
didn't clean my ears properly that day but Wenger also said the player had to be free and world
class.
Now forgive me if I'm wrong but there are not a lot of players out there who really come into that
category.

from the Emirates; Felipe is back. I don't agree with everything he's said here today. But I sure
