The cat coat lost. How is that even possible? It's a CAT COAT.
Let's all raise a glass to the players, WAGs and random situations that our beloved (and click

We were seriously impressed by the number of votes that took place so we want to say thanks,
gang!
In bringing Sol Campbell back Arsene Wenger has done something that I never thought he would ever
do and re-signed a former player.
Wenger is a stubborn man but perhaps this sudden change of policy is the sign of a person who will
even go against his own principles to bring back silverware to us.

2010 promises to be an exciting year. At the halfway point of the season, we're in a three way
battle for the title, have a very winnable looking tie in the Champions League, and are about to
kick off our FA Cup campaign. Some of our players look to be coming of age, and the progression of
youngsters means that we have real competition for places (in certain positions, anyway).
By 1970's GoonerIt looked like Wenger's starting team selection was going to back fire on him until
class and experience was introduced in the second half. Nasri and especially Diaby put some steel,
ball winning and skill in the midfield and everything turned round.Three Arsenal players were
underperforming and when Wilshere and Merida were substituted the whole balance of the team was
suddenly
The player interviews after games on ATVO are generally quite uninteresting. Most of the times
you can predict what the players will say as the questions are quite leading. Every once in a while
though, an interview gives me something insightful or thought provoking.
Sagna's post match talk after the West Ham game falls in this category.
There is not much good news in the papers this morning regarding Arsenal players and targets, and
the first story has only confirmed my worst fears. While Arsene Wenger has been getting all the
youngsters in his squad to sign extended contracts this season, the talented Spanish midfielder
Fran Merida has resisted all the offers put [.
Sol Campbell will be returning to Arsenal to see out the rest of the season. This seems to be the
week of ex-arsenal players returning to the spot light with Patrick Vieira joining Manchester City
not long ago. Check out these articles on Sol Campbell and his chances at securing a place with
the England squad next summer.

As a Spurs fan, of course I always love it when former Arsenal players remind Gooners of their
quality especially the ones, like Flamini, who were let go in their prime (before it, even).
So here's 'Flammers', or whatever nickname he was given by the Arsenal-supporting,
espresso-sipping Justins who dwell in Islington ('Matty' is more likely), scoring a rather fine
strike for Milan against lowly Novara a third division side in the Coppa Italia:
Nice.
If we win the sequel to yesterday's game against Bolton on Wednesday night by two clear goals we
leapfrog Man U and the Chav's to go to the top of the Premiership (but we will have played an extra
game) we will not be allowed to forget that, just listen out for it, it will drive you nuts.
We would also go top because we have scored the most goals in the League.
Karthik (KV) explains how Nicklas Bendtner can bring back a much-needed presence to the Arsenal
attack following the injury to Robin van Persie.

"I want to be top scorer in the Premier League, top scorer at the World Cup and, within five
years, I want to be among the best strikers in the world" were the lofty aims set by a giant
striker at the beginning of the season.
Oh, the hypocrisy!! How richly ironic for Bolton fans to be complaining about a hard foul!
Bolton got a taste of their own medicine last night, and -surprise, surprise, they didn't like it.
Do I feel bad that Arsenal got an equalizer following the foul? HELL NO! Would anyone have felt bad
for Arsenal if James Vaughn had put Everton up 3-1 last week?
How dare he?
How dare William Gallas make a genuine attempt to win the ball and then end up injuring that poor
Bolton Wanderers player.
That poor Bolton Wanderers player. That poor English player. Injured by that big
French meanie.
And why didn't we kick the ball out?
Apparently American rapper/businessman Jay-Z is a bit of an Arsenal fan. This is a good thing,
because the more US celebrities we get endorsing soccer, the better. However, I can't help thinking
that Jay-Z's support for The Gunners is verging on the patronising. He's apparently offered the
Arsenal players an all-expenses paid trip to New York [.

The word is that the Catalan giants Barcelona might lose four of their best young players. They
are: Spanish striker Jeffren Suarez, Mexican midfielder Jonathan dos Santos, Israeli forward Gai
Assulin and Spanish midfielder Thiago Alcantara. They are all reportedly on the radar of English
clubs as Barca has time and time again produced players who have achieved excellence in their
career.
