Boedo. Earlier on Sunday Newell's beat Lanús to go fifth, whilst on Saturday Chacarita's pointless
start to the season continued with a 3-1 defeat to Colón, and Independiente took a point from the
champions, Vélez Sársfield.

La semana de receso por Eliminatorias sirvió para que el cuerpo
técnico encabezado por Jorge Luis Burruchaga tratara de enmendar los errores y carencias
del equipo, tanto en la parte defensiva como en el ataque.

Recuperan el optimismo, pero mantienen los pies sobre la tierra
Arsenal tiene un poco de aire en la lucha por no caer en la promoción, tras la victoria de la
semana pasada ante Tigre. Si bien en líneas generales el rendimiento del equipo mejoró bastante,
los ripios en defensa cuando se intenta ocupar el fuera de juego y la carencia de
profundidad cuando se pisa el área rival todavía son demasiado evidentes.

escolta Banfield. Mientras tanto, Estudiantes derrotó a Huracán y llegó a la
punta.
Nuevamente nuestro arquero Cristián Campestrini fue nominado a la selección de Diego
Maradona, esta vez para ser parte del combinado local que enfrentará a Ghana el 30
de Septiembre en Córdoba (21:10). Veremos si le gana la pulseada a Diego Pozo, portero de Colón,
para obtener la titularidad en ese partido.
