Bayern Munich crushed Juventus 4-1 in their Champions League tie last night, but what if it
continued?
97′ Gianluigi Buffon, still ruing the fact that he was scored on by opposing goalkeeper
Hans-Jorg Butt from the penalty spot, vows to take his revenge. He rubs his gloves together
menacingly and laughs.
I didn't get to watch much Bundesliga action last week for reasons I won't bore you with. So this
week's round-up promises to be shorter than the essays I've penned in the last couple of weeks. One
of the few games that I did manage to catch was Bayern Munich's visit to an emotional AWD
Arena to face Hannover.
Group E contains Japan, Cameroon, Netherlands and Denmark and should be a easy path to the

Cameroon to edge Denmark out.
A look at Group E Teams

The Netherlands were the first European side to qualify for South Africa, having won all eight

I like to keep things simple, which is the way football should be played. When you over-analyse,
you end up double-guessing and giving yourself a bigger headache than Tiger Wood's publicist.
When it comes to the teams that Manchester United hope to face in the next round of the
Champions League, pundits will tell you how so-and-so performed in this weather or how
such-and-such have never lost at a particular stadium.
The Champions League draw takes place tomorrow morning at 11am. Who could we face?
Bayern Munich
