I heard a Manchester City fan on the radio the other day. He was saying he couldn't understand
why Tevez wanted to leave City because, ‘he's absolutely worshipped by the fans.' This guy says
this as though this would mean anything to the Argentinean.
I see this hero worshipping of players like Tevez as totally inappropriate.
I haven't had the chance to look at the United game again or to even study the chalkboards and
there is plenty of chat on the internet about that, most of which is just zero-value noise, so I
thought it's best to leave that game aside for a day or two. I do want to discuss how Manchester
United have a much better organized collective defensive system (best in the League if not the best
in the world) but it'll take some work.
With Lionel Messi having a hard time finding some free time in his busy schedule, the
Argentinean playmaker/goal-scorer, still managed to meet with some school children in Spain.
Talking to the children, Messi went on to talk about how he started to play football "Because
he loved it".
"I started playing football because I loved it.
The Serie A is getting more and more exciting, especially after these recent results, and the
matches which will be played this Sunday. Napoli got an important 1-0 win away against Genoa,
Palermo came back to beat Parma 3-1 at the Renzo Barbera, and Udinese also completed a comeback win
at home, 2-1 over Fiorentina.
For those who've been living under a rock for the past 48 hours: Manchester City's star forward
has handed in a transfer request, had said request rejected, and subsequently insisted he's leaving
anyway. Forgive me if I now indulge in a little schadenfreude.
I've put up with consistent gibes from City-supporting friends ever since the Argentinean
crossed the city, not least because I dismissed him at the time of his leaving, rather foolishly,
as little more than a "glorified Dirk Kalt".
With Carloz Tevez eager to leave Manchester City, as he fails to get along with the club itself,
what are some possibilities for the Argentinean who leads the Eastland's in goal scored and is
among one of the best players in the Premier League?
Although Chelsea are in need of another forward, especially considering their recent slump, one
team that I can definitely see in the works in tradiing up for him is Spanish club Real Madrid.
Martin Demichelis enjoyed 174 matches for Budesliga club, Bayern Munich, but will now be making
the switch to Primera Division club Malaga which he hails as the "Perfect" move.
Speaking to reporters Bild in an interview, the Argentinian defender went on to say the
following:
"It is a perfect move.
