single season than Raul Díaz Arce. Nobody scored more beautiful goals than Alecko Eskandarian.
Nobody scored more important goals than Eddie Pope. Nobody scored more goals in a three-year period
(all competitions) than Luciano Emilio.
First of all, it's been a while since I lasted posted and quite a bit has happened since
then.
Well, we beat Tripolis in our last regular season game, 2-0 at home. A rather eventful game in
fact so I'll go through some of it here.
We started with a different line up than what was being predicted by most, the main reason for
this being the fact that several players (Scocco, Blanco, Araujo, Arce, Saja, Roger, and others)
were out partying two nights before the game until the early morning hours.

Pues sin duda un equipo que viene jugando bien de la mano de Nacho Ambríz a
quien le han tenido fe y paciencia y en este torneo nos presenta un equipo muy competitivo que
estadísticamente lleva sus últimos 3 partidos en casa ganando y se coloca actualmente en el
sexto lugar de la tabla general.
09.10.2010 - Calígula - Con dos fallos polémicos de Luis Alvarez, Estudiantes derrotó a
Olimpo (2 a 0) en el estadio Centenario (Quilmes) para asesatrle a los bahianos su sexta derrota
consecutiva y mantenerse solo en la punta del torneo Apertura.
Gastón Fernández, en el primer tiempo, y
Hernán Rodrigo López, en la segunda
etapa, marcaron los goles ante un Olimpo terminó con nueve jugadores por expulsiones.
05.11.2010 - Calígula - Con goles de
Galván (´8),
Brum (´25),
Bareiro (´32) y
Vega (´55) Olimpo aplastó a Huracán (4-0) en un partido clave por
la definición del descenso, en el inicio de la reanudación del Torneo Apertura (fecha 13).
Olimpo volvió a hacerse fuerte de local: media hora le bastó para hacer tres.
