I really should have done this earlier in the week with all the games that took place last night. It was a pretty interesting night in MLS considering all the friendlies and league matches going on. MLS didn't fare all that well in the friendlies (though Philadelphia seemed to do alright), but the league matches is where things were interesting.

Liverpool FC has launched what it claims is the first official football club game app for the iPad.
The game, which pits players against Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Pepe Reina in a penalty shootout, will be available across all Apple's mobile devices including the iPod Touch and iPhone 3GS.
