An apology for the lack of updates recently...this hasn't been because I couldn't be arsed. I was
away on my travels in Thailand and came back to find my computer had died. Not good. I will be back
up and running when tonight's match is done and dusted. In the Wo meantime, I will leave you with
the above picture which I took when conducting some informal scouting for my local team (ahem).

following a foot injury picked up after Bolton's Kevin Davies terrible tackle early in Uniteds 5-0
win over the Trotters today.

You can (obviously) believe everything you read at Pies, but as for everywhere else, don't

with Barcelona new-boy Cesc Fabregas, in which the former Arsenal captain was quoted as saying that
he left the Gunners as they had no chance of winning a trophy in the foreseeable future.
Despite a tumultuous beginning to the Premier League season, Arsenal has no plans to part ways
with manager Arsene Wenger.
Former MLS deputy commissioner and current Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis spoke out on
behalf of Wenger, who is under even more scrutiny after the club's 4-3 loss to Blackburn over the
weekend dropped the team's league record to 1-3-1.
Cesc Fabregas has revealed he has received an apology, retraction and damages after a magazine
published an article claiming the Barcelona midfielder said he left Arsenal because he feared a
prolonged trophy drought for the club.
