This is the first of two consecutive weeks in which we expect the rankings to go through some
massive changes. Don't be scared, it happens every year. After the completion of five match days in
each league, the previous season's numbers are dropped from the calculations. Recall, last week, we
saw the changes happen in Ligue Un.
With no club football going on this past weekend, we're back with the latest in our lists of the
WCR Top 25s for past seasons. Next up is 1994.
1994 saw a trend continues as for the third consecutive season, the winner of the UEFA Champions
Cup finished atop the annual rankings. For the second straight season the tournament's runner-up
finished second in the rankings.
