Lionel Messi has made an exciting transfer move to French outfit Angers but it's a Cameroon under
17 international rather than his Barcelona superstar namesake. OTP is doubtful that it's his real
name, but it's certainly the name that the 16-year-old has registered under at the Toulouse-based
side.

After years of seeing its national team underperform despite boasting some of the world's best
players and most-expensive coaches, the English Football Association has decided it is time for a
change.
The English FA said Tuesday that it will hire a technical director in the near future, marking
the first time in 10 years that it will do so.
Was Lionel Messi so prodigious at the age of 7 a French-Cameroonian family knew to name their
son after him? Probably.
Much like Michel Platini both heads UEFA and plays in the attack for Dinamo Bucharest world's

A handful of footballers have been given the name "Pele" since the original became a worldwide
icon, so it was probably inevitable that others with the name "Lionel Messi" would start popping up
sooner or later. And relegation threatened French Ligue 2 club Angers have signed perhaps the first
young player to be the given the name and the unreasonable expectations that go with it.
England's new shirt, to be worn during this summer's European Championship, drops on February 29.
The new shirt's arrival angers some supporters who feel compelled to replace their current shirt,
worn by England for all of eight matches, while...

African All-Stars: 7 Players to watch at Africa Cup of Nations 2012 is a post from: Just

"I think it is a responsibility for every proper club in Europe to go to the Africa Cup of
Nations to see what the market brings and what hidden talents are running around in Africa,"
Hoffenheim scout Lutz Pfannenstiel told the BBC on the eve of the African Cup of Nations 2012.
Roo appeal angers Dalglish
Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish believes the FA has not set a good example by successfully
appealing against Wayne Rooney's ban.

So another Arsenal AGM passes with more waffle than you would find in Belgium.
One thing we did learn was the need to oust Peter Hill-Wood from his role as chairman because,
from what I saw, he was a joke.
I mean the old boy could barely read out the resolutions of the meeting from his notes and he
missed out the agenda of re-electing Stan Kroenke, the majority shareholder, on to the board.
Former Arsenal midfielder Edu is the latest star to speak out concerning the Gunners less than
impressive start to the League this season. According to Edu, he believes that all Arsenal need
to do is 'gel'.
It is sort of surreal to see how low the Gunners have slumped in such a short period of.

I'd better hop on the ferry to France and watch football, writes Jim Stewart. There's a few
reasons why I decided this was not simply a good idea but probably the only idea.

We, at Cheer Up Alan Shearer, hate Barry Davies.
Now, you may wonder how we can say such a thing. He's 73 years old, for heaven's sake. It's like
saying you hate someone's grandad. (Well, he probably is someone's grandad so it's, er, exactly the
same as saying that.

cosas (buenas o malas) nunca se suceden espaciadas. Por el contrario, tienden a solaparse en el

temporadas carentes de éxitos reseñables.

Which scenario will pan out?
Am attempting to start on the season review but still gathering my thoughts about it. Instead,
let's look at the Arsenal related news that has been going around.
Arsene Wenger is still sorting out contract talks with Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy. Both players
are entering the final year in their contract and are able to leave on a free next year if we don't
tie them up soon.
Wayne Rooney has remarkably claimed today it angers him when people question whether he really
intends to stay at the club or not.
Just a few months ago, the player released an official statement saying he had no intention of
getting in to talks to agree a contract extension with the club. He had a meeting with the club and
decided Manchester United's ambition did not match his own.
Barcelona 3-1 Arsenal
Tensions are understandably running high. There is no shame in losing to Barcelona at the Camp
Nou in fact there is little shame to be had for anybody associated with Arsenal other than maybe a
couple of players and questionable decisions from the manager.
If only he plays like he thinks
Today is Tuesday and our last game was on Saturday. But if I'm to be honest with you, the draw
and how it happened still angers me. In fact, I'll be very disappointed if any of this is true. You
will understand my concern coming from this part of the world. In Asia, there's a lot of money that
goes into football betting.
