Snarl! Oh Angela, you hot cougar! She could just eat up smooth-chested Mesut Ozil. He wouldn't
stand a chance, poor little Galactico.
Back in the real world, German Chancellor Angela Merkel was congratulating Ozil and his Germany
team-mates on their 3-0 win over Turkey in a Euro 2012 qualifier on Saturday.
This photo has Germany in a bit of a bother, being seen as politicians using sports as a tool
for their agendas while also serving to highlight the current hot button immigration issue.
But half the reports seemed to indicate those in those locker room were in some scandalous state
of undress, prime among them Mesut Ozil.

We were extolling the beauty of this very Paraguyan fan a few days ago, and now
she has been quoted by all and sundry as saying that she will indeed remove all her clothing if her
beloved country does pull of something of a footballing miracle and win the 2010 World Cup.
The chancellor's office and the German football federation are trying to iron out a flap over

So David Cameron endured the "exquisite agony" of watching England crash out of the World Cup in
the company of German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Any football fan who supports Aston Villa because their grandfather was once the chairman will know
exactly how he feels.
He's also in favour of goalline technology.
The vuvuzela has become almost tolerable throughout the World Cup as our worries shift to the
flight of the Jabulani, the suspect officiating and angry Germans trying to eat that adorable
little octopus.
However, the Jabulani will not be following us back to the domestic and continental scenes,
refereeing has always been suspect and Paul probably has better security than Angela Merkel at this
point, with his upcoming world tour setting him up for life.
