According to Francisco Acedo at Sky Sports News, reports in Portugal are saying that
Benfica rejected a bid from Manchester United in the region of
€10million for Angel Di Maria. Winger Nani was also offered in
the deal.
Benfica have rejected Manchester United's bid to sign Angel di Maria. United wanted to sign the
prized Argentine who is being chased by several clubs and had offered Nani plus €10 million,
which Benfica turned down. Di Maria has caught the attention of several clubs after his fabulous
displays for Benfica.

this upcoming transfer window.

According to Ian Herbert at The Independent, Manchester United winger
Nani is resigned to the fact that he does not have a future at the club anymore,
causing his representatives to explore other options in Spain and Italy.
It is rumored that United are strongly interested in signing Benfica winger
Angel Di Maria to replace Nani and are even willing to offer Nani in a package to
sign Di Maria.
