Springfield SC defeated STLSG Green by a 3-0 score. They sit atop their
group with 6 points and face the second place team, Lou Fusz Red/Williams Saturday for the
opportunity to advance to the semifinals. A win or a tie will be sufficient as Lou Fusz has 4
points and a 1-0-1 record.
While we sweated in the heat and humidity here in Springfield, the State Cup event was
interrupted by storms on Saturday. I've updated the calendar (to the right) to reflect the new
