Jim Irsay, the owner of the Indianapolis Colts, is getting ready to kick Peyton Manning to the curb. It's obvious to anyone who has been paying attention. And while I don't have a problem with that, I do have a problem with the way Irsay is handling it.

Instead of giving Manning and heart-felt send off, Irsay is instead running Manning's name through the mud.
