Ahmad Latiff has turned down a chance to stay with SAFFC and decided to return to Tampines Rovers.
Latiff has been in fine form this last 18 months and could be considered unfortunate not to have
been considered for the national team who were crying out for some creativity during the recent AFF
Cup.
Tampines, on the other hand, are in need of attacking options having lost Khairul Amri and Qiu Li.
