Miami native, Chad Ochocinco (formerly known as Chad Johnson) is a supporter of the beautiful game
here in the United States and as evidenced by the picture supports Miami's bid for the World Cup.
The American Football star who plays for the Bengals as a wide receiver is also said to be a Fan of
the Miami FC Blues!
When England recently announced the potential host cities that will host games if that country
is awarded the 2018 World Cup, one stood out: Milton Keynes. The MK Stadium that would host games
is home to MK Dons, among the most controversial teams in England. MK Dons are controversial, of
course, because they are the first "franchise" club in that country.
Adrian Peterson and Chris Johnson are perhaps the two
greatest RBs in the world right now. They both possess blinding speed and ridiculous physical
power. Since they were small children (like 7 years old), they have played football year
round.

Apologies to all readers who thought this was related to English football, well it is not. Still, I
thought this was really a headcase story that I wanted to share.

This past week I talked to two different people about something that has always been important
to me: which sports team one supports. In these two separate conversations it was about American
football. One person roots for the Washington Redskins, but she also roots for their division
rivals the Philadelphia Eagles - when Washington has no chance (like this season).
Bath City defeated Weston-super-Mare 2-0 today in a contest more one-sided than the score reflects.
By all measures Weston failed to present any real challenge to City either in attack or defense.
