With the first-teams off touring the Far East at the moment, Lucozade are offering you a card-carrying member of the great unwashed the chance to win a professional training session with Arsenal or Chelsea as part of their 'Amateur Invasion' promotion.

Recently I'd compiled a comprehensive list of weaknesses associated with Arsenal. Then I compared how England fared against the same list.
