As you may know, the NSCAA is making a substantial effort to recognize and celebrate its diversity, and to be a truly inclusive organization. Marcia McDermott, the incoming President of the NSCAA (you can follow her on Twitter @RedStarsGM btw), has set diversity & inclusion as her primary agenda for 2010, and the support she's received from the CEO (Joe Cummings @nscaaCEO on Twitter) all the way down to the membership has been simply tremendous.

Thanks to @ethanhays I just watched Ze Frank's Nerdcore Comedy, and truthfully (minus the cheezy-looking graphics), I can't believe this was filmed in 2004. I'm posting it to my site, because, well, let's face it he's absolutely hilarious. But beyond his witty sarcasm and creative & forward-thinking technerd brain, I do think there is so much we can learn from ZeFrank's 2004 web/sharing mentality, even today.
