Amado Guevara will be going back to Honduras and join Motagua for the Clausura
tournament.
According to an article in La Tribuna de Honduras, the midfielder reached an agreement with the
team and will start training in just a matter of days.
Since we traded for Dwayne De Rosario, questions have been raised about Amado Guevara's spot on the
field. In all fairness, this comes from our bias toward our Canadian hero. So, can the two work
together on the pitch for Toronto FC?
My answer is a definite yes. I see Guevara as a player that can hold the ball up brilliantly and
start attacks, playing deep in the midfield.
