Wrexham striker Jefferson Louis scores a lovely goal in his side's victory over Altrincham. He is
substituted before the end and obliges the pitchside reporter with a frank analysis of why he came
off. A little too frank for Setanta Sports' liking! This is the television gods punishing those who
think it is acceptable to break away from the match to interview someone during the game.
It has not been a season to cheer about for Halifax Town fans. Struggling at the wrong end of the
table, getting into administration and taking a ten point penalty that meant they only managed to

Boro's recent improvement continued as Altrincham were beaten convincingly at Broadhall
Way this afternoon. Boro dominated the game from start to finish and outclassed a team who just

another 3 points on the board at a ground where they have struggled in recent seasons to pick up
points.

The Diamonds will be going hell for leather tonight as a win will see them jump from tenth to third
in the Blue Square Conference table. On current form that seems quite likely, so our money's going
on Garry Hill's mob.
Daryl McMahon could be out for longer than was first feared as Phil Wallace said in his programme
notes that X-Rays had confirmed that McMahon has broken his ankle. This all stems from the
Altrincham game where Boro ran out 3-0 winners. Chris Lane, who else, made a tackle near the
East Terrace and only got a [.
