#16: Osasuna
Osasuna is the worst remaining La Liga club when it comes to goals scored last season. In fact
since 2005 the club has never scored more then 51 goals in a top tier season. But to the club's
credit they do play excellent defense and that alone should help the club fight off relegation.
After three weeks it is still hard to figure every team out, but I do know one thing for sure.
Real Madrid and Barcelona are both really, really good. After that expert analysis lets review
last weeks matches.
Deportivo La Coruna has showed early in the year that they are a tough opponent for any squad
they face.
(video gol: Getafe-Barcellona)
This week there is sure to be a few match-ups that will make you want to flip. (Sorry for that
terrible pun) Anyway let's take a look at this weekends upcoming matches and try and predict who
will win and who will lose.
Deportivo La Coruna has shown early in the year a competitive fire that should make them a
contender for a top five finisher this season.

Well the first week of the Primera Division has wrapped up and now it's time to reflect on the
debut matches of the year. Real Madrid was given the honor of kicking off the 2009 season and
the club did not disappoint in their first match. The club beat Deportivo La Coruna by less then
expected 3-2, but Ronaldo scored his first goal on a penalty and Diarra showed a rare offensive
flair by scoring the winning goal in the second half.

It's been a stellar start so far for the Yank picking games in La Liga, but at least I'm over
50% of my total picks with a 15-9 total record after three weeks. This weekend, much like every
weekend, brings forth a batch of tough matches. Some of the best squads will face off and a few
of the worst as well.
Another week of Spain's Primera Division is in the books and many of the strongest clubs
continued their relentless speedy rabbit pace towards the top of the league table and many
mediocre clubs continued their tortoise pace falling towards the bottom of the league table. So
without further adieu lets find out the winner and losers from last weekend.
