Perhaps you have heard of the popular, free to play, online game called League of Legends.
Perhaps not. Maybe you have played its progenitor Defense of the Ancients; maybe not. Or you might
be acquainted with Storm of the Imperial Sanctum, though, if you said no to the above, probably
not. Whether you have or haven't, hopefully you will enjoy the interesting parallels we might draw
between these Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) games and our beloved sport of soccer.

The Scottish Football Association has revealed police are investigating threats made towards
members of the judicial panel that imposed a 12 month transfer ban on Rangers (who were found
guilty of bringing Scottish football into disrepute).
Bocanegra has served as the captain for four club teams in Europe
and the U.S. MNT.
By putting on the armband for Rangers in his last match, Carlos Bocanegra has accomplished a
couple things that has certainly not been matched by any other U.S. international.
FSOU has taught you how to select a class of readers and craft a sports writing blurb. Now comes
the most important part: the headline.
Many newbies make a major mistake: they treat the headline as a concise summary of their
article's content. Ha! Sure, you can brainstorm some creative and powerful words to draw
the readers' attention, but in the time you spend to think of something snazzy, a million other
sites have jumped in front of you in the the Google traffic wave line.
The fight is gone. It's not about democracy in a region of the world lacking basic freedom and
human rights. It's all about religion.
Israel has been viewed as a friend to the U.
Rangers FC in crisis: What lies in store for Bocanegra, Edu, and Bedoya?
Rangers FC is in crisis undergoing Chapter 13 or financial administration. The news gets worse
as players have been warned that many of them will be let go. As many as eleven face the axe. By
the end of the day we will get to know.
When approached to declare this blog as an ally for basic human rights, it was not a question of
whether or not I would support the cause, but rather when I had the time to give the occasion a
proper write up.
The ability to utilize one's inherent and unique version of humanity is something that the
Brotherly Game strongly supports.
Episode 03: SuperDraft is Super/I'm an Ally of Gay4Soccer.com
On this edition of the show, I ask the burning question of the day...what is so fucking super
about the SuperDraft. I also explain why I'm an ally of Gay4Soccer.com and discuss the simple truth
that things need to change concerning the treatment of gay and lesbian soccer players.
Liverpool have entered the race to sign Dundee United midfielder Scott Allen in the January
transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.
Reds boss Kenny Dalglish is keen to sign the Scotland under 21 international, but will have to
fight off interest from Rangers, Celtic and West Brom. Rangers' boss Ally McCoist believed his side
was the favourite for the player, but Liverpool's interest leaves Allen's future up in the air.

Gems of the Lower Leagues: Charlie Austin is a post from: Just Football
by Ally Poole
Charlie Austin has made a meteoric leap from being a bricklayer playing for
part-time Poole Town as late as September 2009 to free-scoring striker for Burnley
in the Championship.
Head coach Bill Hempen saw red on Sunday afternoon, but it still wasn't enough for the CU Buffs
to see their way to a win.
Hempen, who shuffled players in an effort to avoid adding to a five-game losing winless streak,
was ejected from the game in the 77th minute at Prentup Field. His departure was not enough to
spark a comeback as Oregon claimed a 3-1 victory in Pac-12 play.
Voices floating over Hadrian's Wall after Sunday's Old Firm derby sounded curiously, positive.
Curiously positive in the sense that, with so much about Scottish football being accompanied by the
sound of a death knell of late, hearing something good about two SPL clubs struck a more upbeat
note. Rangers and Celtic gave those in attendance at Ibrox, along with those watching abroad, a
fierce display of quality football for the majority of the ninety minutes, showcasing much of the
skill and drama that draws us to this game.
As ever, it was down to the supporters of the club to get to what looks like somewhere near the
bottom of what has been going on. It was probably too much to hope that, after a unanimous vote at
their SGM last week, the Wrexham Supporters Trust would merely be allowed to get on with the job of
completing their due diligence and purchasing Wrexham Football Club, but the way in which the story
has continued to expand out over the last six days is enough to start to cast doubt over whether
several of the key players in this ridiculously distended story and not, as we will make clear,
players from the side of the trust organisation itself have an agenda which is intent on torpedoing
the bid for their own ends.
Fulham under Chris Coleman a few years ago was affectionately called Fulhamerica because of the
distinct American look to that squad. Now only Clint Dempsey is left from the days of Brian McBride
and Carlos Bocanegra.
It's Rangers who are now providing the welcome mat for Americans.
There was talk that Rangers were after Alejandro Bedoya to join the SPL, and now the UK has granted
the USMNT player a work permit so all that is left is for Rangers' skipper Ally McCoist to work out
a deal with Swedish 1st Div team Orebro to bring him in. McCoist is hopeful of getting the deal
done prior to the start of Europa League matches beginning next week for the club.
Rangers midfielder Kyle Hutton has hailed Frank Lampard as one of the greatest midfielders in
the Premier League following the Chelsea midfielder's inspirational performance in a 3-1 win over
the reigning Scottish champions.
Although Lampard missed a penalty that could have made the final score even more lopsided, the
England international left a strong impression on Hutton with the manner in which he controlled the
game.
