You know, with the walk through of Red Bull Arena and the signings this week (let alone the
piles of papers growing on my desk), I have definitely missed some big stuff the past few days.
Here are some news tidbits that may have been lost in the cracks.
- We will lead off with the man whom the rest of the world feels invented MLS; David
Beckham.
Hey Guys and Gals,
Very little time on my hands, so lets get this show on the road. Plenty of good news around the
Bulls, so lets dive right in, shall we?
- The Bulls are heading towards Argentina for training. Though there will be trialists there, it
will only be a handful.
It has been another quiet start to the week, as
Red Bull fans continue to look over the mountain for a sign of reinforcement to arrive. Albert
Celades, as reported yesterday, is on his way and is nearly a lock for Sunday's road clash against
the dreaded Chicago Fire. But it will take more than one player to guide the Bulls through this
muck.
Good morning world! It is a bright and sunny day which can only mean a very busy day at the
office. I will be at the ESPNZONE in Times Square from 1230-230 covering the second annual Red
Bulls Iron Chef Cookoff.
Last year, the team of David Roth, Sinisa Ubpiaparipovic, Danleigh Borman and Luke
Sassano (aka "The Hot Carls") took the ultimate prize in the competition, laying all
others to waste.
So I was just speaking to a fellow Red Bulls supporter through Facebook. He is heading out to
Columbus next week for the Superclasico between the US and Mexico. This, as many know, will be the
first eliminatory for the World Cup, and has alot of people psyched.
Well, here is how that conversation went:
K - R u doing USA game?
First off, I have to acknowledge how much cooler it sounds to put a compilation of news stories
up on a post and call them a "Link Dump" and not "All the Bull." I have a lot
to learn . . . .
This week, I am "dumping" a lot of stuff on ya'. So get your "open new tab"
buttons ready! Links galore are coming your way!
Thanks to my many appointments and dinner dates this weekend, I have not been able to transcribe
a damn thing on the ESC Membership Drive. But it doesn't mean you have to be left in the dark!
Here are some morning links to wet your appetite and start the conversation moving.
By the way - the highlight of the night?

OVERVIEW:
Continuing our "Preseason Battles" analysis, this week we focus our spotlight on the
back line.
Yes, I have missed alot this week. So lets recap, shall we?
- The CONCACAF Champions League draw is set, and the Bulls face their first challenge in the
form of the W Connection of Trinidad and Tobago. The first match will be away for the Bulls, on
July 30, and the home half will be played on the 5th of August.
