Sevilla's Europa League Odds suffered another set-back as they lost their opening Group J game of
the tournament. The Spanish side are playing in this competition after losing to Portuguese club
Braga, in the Champions League qualifying round.
If Sevilla thought the Europa League would provide a much easier proposition then they were
mistaken.
Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted that he is tracking the progress of Udinese striker Alexis
Sanchez.
The Chilean forward is regarded as one of football's brightest talents and has been linked with
a host of top clubs in the past.
"We have looked at Sanchez and he has impressed us, as have other players,"Ferguson said.
Having been really careful with their transfer budget lately, Machester United could soon turned
that policy around especially if Alex Ferguson's interest on Udinese's winger, Alexis Sanchez
really transforms into a real offer.
According to The News of the World, Ferguson is very keen on the Chilean international that has
been attracting many eyes in Serie A and also in the latest 2010 World Cup event.
Bielsa for Chile
According to a Chilean report, Marcelo Bielsa will be bringing La Roja to Carson, CA to face the
States (and attendees of January Camp) on the weekend of January 23rd, 2011.
Will 21-year-old Alexis Sanchez make the trip for the Chileans? Probably not, but it's
possible.
