West Ham United travels to Hull City this Saturday and will be looking to put the miserable Everton
match behind them. We have to start winning and stay in control of our Premiership destiny. We need
to set off on a winning run. At the moment, West Ham cannot put together a win streak that our play
at times deserves.

Can West Ham United's new Italian talent have the same impact on the Hammers as club legend
Paolo Di Canio did between 1999 and 2003? Gianfranco Zola signed Alessandro Diamanti for a fee of
around £6 million in the summer. Big money for an untested player especially in light of West

Fingers crossed for another Paolo!
West Ham have signed Livorno striker Alessandro Diamanti for an undisclosed fee on a
five-year contract.
Diamanti, 26, scored 18 goals in 37 league and cup matches last season as Livorno were promoted to
Serie A.
Diamanti said he was looking forward to linking up with Hammers boss and fellow Italian Gianfranco
Zola.
