shortlist is pretty low.

Another installment of the Atlantic Cup takes place Saturday afternoon, as I-95 rivals D.C.
United and the New York Red Bulls square off at RFK Stadium (4 p.m., Telefutura).
The Red Bulls (4-1-0) stand atop the Eastern Conference standings with 12 points through five
matches, though Columbus is five points off the pace with two matches in hand.
It's actually the FIFA Ballon D'Or Puskas Award, which I suppose makes the acronym FIFABd'OPA.

The people behind the scenes have announced the top 10 goals of 2010, despite the small detail
of 2010 having six weeks yet to run.
As long as I can remember, I've been a sports fan....both active and passive. Growing up outside
of Philadelphia I had plenty to follow even in those days: the Eagles, the Phillies, the A's, the
Warriors. Yeah, I know, I've been around a while. Those other teams, the Sixers and Flyers, didn't
come till later, but I followed them too.
Today's match against Fulham has been postponed due to hazardous traveling conditions. Evidently
there are a few inches of snow in England and the world's about to end. It's far from the only
match called off; Arsenal v Stoke, Birmingham v Newcastle, Wigan v Aston Villa, and tomorrow's
Chelsea v United have also been pushed back.
