Fantasy Premier League once again showed us, that having player from a team that has a lot of great
players is not only a blessing but a curse for players of Premier league fantasy football.

Football is great, fantasy soccer exciting, but some gameweeks you just wish you could forget as
quick as you can. I've already had my share of those this season, as it seems my football team has
faced it all: injuries, red cards, missed penalties... You name it, my make believe soccer team has
done it.
VIVA VALENCIA! The city must be celebrating their 2-2 draw against
Barcelona last night ("I told you so" messages from Valencian friends are on the way). Of course,
the popular hero of the hour was deemed to be Cesc Fabregas for saving Barca but
it's time to give credit where it's due to Los Che, who were 10 men down and stuck till
the end.
Everyone from your local deli guy to the empanada aunties are rolling
over themselves screaming "WHAT IN THE WORLD is happening to Carlitos
Tevez", "Yo creía en él!!!" etc etc. And he struck again
appearing with a teddy-bear golf-bag ensemble yesterday.

This summer transfer window has been fairly generic. We've seen Fabregas go to Barcelona, Atletico
Madrid lose De Gea, Aguero and Forlan, along with a myriad of other deals which we all expected and
knew were going to happen. There have been very few big surprises regarding signings, and instead
we mostly got what we were waiting for as football/soccer fans.

Three matches in and there are already a few things we know about the Premiership.
1 That Manchester United will hit double figures against some poor unfortunates this season
2 Thanks to some serious spending QPR might just end up being the second most successful West
London club this season
3 Gary Cahill will go in the January transfer window for £20 million plus
4 There are at least a dozen commentators hoping that Denis Stracqualursi isn't a success at
Everton
5 Shane Long might just make the difference between West Brom staying up

For many Arsenal fans, Saturday brings a mixture of optimism and caution. Following the defeat
at Old Trafford, the future direction of the club has been questioned and debated in the press and
in the pubs alike. The collective voice suggests that Arsenal can no longer compete at the top
level for player transfers and wages.

a great manager like Roberto Mancini. However the winning in the match of tomorrow agaist Naples is
not to be taken for granted.
These are exciting times to be supporters of either Manchester United or Manchester City. The two
Manchester clubs are currently slugging it out at the top of the Premiership. Whatever City can do

Right about a month into the 2011-12 Premier League season and it already feels like an escalating
arms race between Manchester City and Manchester United. After four games played the two Manchester

My last game in London was today's match-up at Craven Cottage between Fulham and Man City. My
wife and daughter had never been to a Premier League match, so I thought that the small ground and
full capacity would provide an atmosphere that they would enjoy.

Manchester City restart their winning ways in the league after picking up a 2-0 victory against
Everton at Etihad stadium, with their bench players making an important contribution as all the
goals comes from the substitutes.
City's bad boy, Mario Balotelli, pretty much the one that inspired the team's victory as the
Italian international broke the deadlock midway in the second period before James Milner sealed the
victory in the last minute.
The King is Dead ( well, injured ) Long live the King!
The biggest shock in this week of premiership soccer was that Wayne Rooney (the aformentioned King)
didn't play due to a injury acquired from practice. And boy did that show. Of course everyone knew

After his much publicized refusal to play for his club during Manchester City's 2-0 denouement at
