Just what Big Sam's dodgy ticker needed a ten-goal nerve shredder.

Who saw this coming though? I thought it might be 0-0 or 1-0 to Villa, but it was one of those rare matches where the players become so engrossed in the match that they play without any inhibition.

What an entertaining two-leg semifinal, eh?
Manchester United and Manchester City played about as fun a home-and-home series you'll see at the end of a tournament.
Carlos Tevez had the two-goal display and exchanged taunts with Gary Neville in the first game.
Then on Wednesday, Craig Bellamy gets hit by a coin thrown from the crowd and Tevez had a late goal that equalized the aggregate score.

Manchester United defeated Manchester City 3-1 at Old Trafford in the second leg of the semifinals. Man U clinched a spot in the final with a 4-3 aggregate score line. Of course, since last week's match at Manchester City, a lot of talk heated up this rivalry rematch. Tevez and Neville went at it. El Apache made some gestures in the first leg during his goal celebrations and some post-game remarks that didn't go well with the Manchester United side.
