Will Uganda repeat their 2009 CECAFA Cup heroics this year?
Record champions Uganda are through to the final of the CECAFA Cup, a competition for countries
from Central and East Africa, following an extra-time victory over outgoing champions and
tournament hosts Tanzania today. Uganda will face Rwanda in the final after the latter triumphed
over Sudan in the other semi-final also played today.
On Sunday December 4th, the United States finally managed to best Germany on the pitch with a
9-2 victory that will surely be remembered by American soccer historians for centuries to come. I
kid, I kid. Actually, on Sunday a group from the US Navy managed to beat a group from the German
Navy at that lovely little paradise in Africa known as Djibouti.

Possibly for his sartorial abilities.
Actually, he showed up in different dress, which makes one think that massive robe is a prize
