An exclusive photo of Yaya after being informed just how much money he makes.
With the summer upon us, list making is en vogue once again. Today we find out just which
players from Africa make the most money and Man City's ode to financial irresponsibility, commonly
known as Emmanuel Adebayor's contract.

When we first speculated about Sergio Ramos' potential new love interest, many of you here (and
us included) felt the relationship was innocent until proven with pictures.
So, does a corner image on the cover of Cuore magazine make this relationship real,
now?
A report dropped late last night the Egypt were set to interview three candidates for their vacant
manager job, including erstwhile USMNT boss Bob Bradley. I have now confirmed this with the EFA,
and have been told that Bradley is their first choice. I'll have a proper report up at MLSS once
the fine folks in New York arrive at the editorial offices.
I begin with a warning and an observation. First, I do not want to dwell on American soccer
troll topics. This post is not meant to gauge the "effectiveness" of the college soccer system in
producing elite players as compared to European youth academies. Rather, I want to focus on the
intangible. I also want to grapple with a topic that has long ached at my soul: does our
consumption of top-level European soccer foster child labor exploitation in Africa and
elsewhere?

The word of the round: swagger. Whether it was coming, going, or never showing up, swagger more
than any other intrinsic quality turned the tides of this Under-20 World Cup's Round of 16.
Featuring Inter Milan midfielder McDonald Mariga, the Kenya national football team is currently

With Belize's 3-1 second leg victory over Montserrat on Sunday, helping the former to an 8-3
aggregate win over the latter, the first round of FIFA World Cup qualifying in the CONCACAF region

Daniel Jimenez, Deon McCauley and Luis Mendez scored the goals which sealed Belize's passage
into the second qualifying round in which they will join other first round winners Dominican
Republic, St Lucia, Bahamas and the US Virgin Islands and nineteen other nations into the draw for
the next round which takes place on July 30th in Rio de Janeiro.
Film Review by Eric Beard
Creating an appropriate balance between educating a viewer and watchability is one of the most
difficult tasks for anyone putting together a documentary, but the means in which the tragic
stories portrayed in Soka Afrika were managed kept true to an equilibrium of fine filmmaking.
The first official event for the 2014 FIFA World Cup takes places Saturday in Brazil with the
Preliminary Draw, which fills in the blanks on the qualifying formats for each of the
confederations participating in World Cup qualifying. A total of 203 member nations will compete
for the 31 available spots to join with host Brazil.
Alleged Everton fan Sir Paul McCartney once sang about 'the ever-changing world in which we live
in' and how it might make one 'give in and cry'. Now it is a rare occasion when I disagree with the
true King of Pop, but soccer fans the world over can take comfort in the fact that there are some
things that simply never change.
The group stage of any major tournament - let alone the Under-20 World Cup - is not too different
from a high school prom. It's the culmination of an arduous journey that is a cause for
celebration. Everybody gets to hang around, dance a little, try to impress the ladies and generally
have a good time.
This edition of the Under-20 World Cup was characterized by an excess of attacking talent.
Consequently, most games were open, free-flowing, and easy on the eyes. As a result, this year's
NSC U-20 Best XI is an attack-minded machine built to score goals. Keep in mind as you read along
that this lineup was constructed with the future in mind.

In the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup final, Africa's equivalent of the Europa League or

The chief of the Royal Grenadian Police Band was immediately relieved of his duties. His musical

Several weeks ago, when this video was made, no one gave a flying oil drum about Qatar and its
relationship to football not, at least, in the mainstream world. Now it appears they won't be able
to get away without several million journalists masquerading as white-glove inspectors, turning
over each and every move they make from now until 2022.
