The John Terry controversies a complete list - originally posted on Soccerlens.com
John Terry on his day is one of the best central defenders in the Premier League, and certainly
an important player for Chelsea and England.
However, the 31-year-old is in danger of missing out on Euro 2012, after being stripped of his
nation's captaincy due to the ongoing allegations of racism against the Barking-born man.
Mirror: Dalglish was blinded by loyalty to Suarez but damage done to Liverpool CAN be
repaired
A while before Steven Gerrard stood trial for affray in July, 2009, I mentioned in print that
those – including Kenny Dalglish publicly defending the Liverpool captain might want to wait for
justice to take its course before delivering their own absolution.
The failed criminal prosecution of England footballer Steven Gerrard provoked so much interest
among police officers that 130 of them breached data protection laws to view his file, it has
emerged.
Statistics disclosed under the Freedom of Information Act reveal that in 2008 there were 42
breaches of data protection laws by officers at Merseyside Police.

Once upon a time, (AKA shortly after the abomination that was SATC2), the internal Kickette
crew ran out of acceptable movie options, forcing every last one of us (plus pets!) to hit the pubs
hard. You may have even noticed, if you have actually been paying attention over the last couple of
weeks, that our commitment to you has been in question due to our disorganized priorities.
Lee Bowyer is a nasty piece of work. The FA correctly slapped a three match ban on him for
stamping on Bacary Sagna with malicious intent to hurt as clearly shown in the picture. He was also
guilty of raking his studs down Sagna's Achilles heel on two separate occasions. It was clear as
daylight on the pitch and it should have resulted in a straight red card but the referee and
linesman either missed it or chose to ignore it.
