Arsenal are closing in on PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Afellay.
The People says Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has been tracking the 23-year-old PSV Eindhoven
midfielder for the last year.
Inter Milan is reportedly interested to sign the 22-year old Ibrahim Afellay, who currently plays
at PSV Eindhoven. Afellay, nicknamed 'Ibi', was chosen as 'Dutch Talent Of The Year' for season
2006/2007 and has made his debut in the international team of Holland against Slovenia and he has
currently played 13 interlands.
