Indonesia Super League clubs are facing problems over International Transfer Clearances. Deltras new signing Sean Rooney was told he couldn't play against Persija just minutes ahead of the kick off the other day while Persija had a similar problem with Pedro Javier.
The ISL of course is this year's rebel league so in theory they don't even need ITCs because they are not recognised by the local FA, the AFC or FIFA.

As part of the agreement that sees the daftly named LionsXII play in the Malaysia Super League, the Singapore team won't be relegated.
So the 13 Malaysian teams can go down but even if the daftly named LionsXII, what will any fans sing or chant with that daft name, but one team has preferential treatment.

The Vancouver Whitecaps have won the lottery to acquire winger/forward Lee Nguyen, who most recently played professional football in Vietnam.

The Whitecaps beat out FC Dallas, Toronto FC, LA Galaxy, the Houston Dynamo, and Real Salt Lake to Nguyen's services.

Vancouver had a 47.6 percent chance of landing Nguyen in the lottery, the best odds of all of the teams who participated.

Fans of the New England Patriots can't be feeling too happy right now. Tom Brady, the Patriots franchise quarterback, has a shoulder injury that was serious enough to warrant a shoulder X-ray. Brady also sat out practice on Thursday.

The good news for the Patriots and their quarterback is that Brady's injury isn't considered serious.
