If you were to read that David Beckham was displaying his pens in a new commercial you would
probably think it was a typo and that I was referring to his pant-bulging Armani adverts. But there
is no 'i' missing from the word pens: in Becks' latest commercial venture, the man worth £87
million scraps with members of the public over a $4 pen.

This blog on first inspection is easy on the eye. It is not cluttered with annoying flashing adverts for example. Most posts are accompanied by a high quality photo. The content is updated regularly, even in closed season the author keeps the information current and topical.

As Daryl mentioned, the age of the internet has enabled everything to be a little shorter, quicker
and to the point. Unfortunately, many football ads have done more of the same. But remember when
they were good? Like, really good? And it was a simple theory too: big shoe company gets tons of
