Sir Alex on the run up to the derby which should be lots of fun.
Ferguson said: 'The rivalry has gone up a notch in the last few months, with them signing all
those players and then coming up with that advert and all their posters about Carlos Tevez. They've
been a bit, how can I put it, cocky.
After some speculation yesterday it has been confirmed that Croatian international, Ivan
Klasnic, has joined Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
Ivan is on loan to The Wanderers for a year and, according to the FC Nantes website, Bolton will
have the option to buy the 29 year old striker.
Hands up who was surprised to hear Christian Purslow announce that there'll be no work done on
out new stadium until the end of the Credit Crunch. Anybody with their hands up should put them
down now. Not just because you were wrong to be surprised but mainly because you're a fool sat at a
computer with their hand in the air.
The fans hate eachother, the teams hate eachother more!
We are only weeks into the season and we have already been treated to some entertaining matches.
This weekend there is another that has our mouths watering.
When Tevez left United the way he did I knew that the first Manchester Derby was going to be
special.
The Times compares Owen to Tevez.
Daniel Taylor at The Guardian looks at the Ferguson-Hughes relationship.
F365 blog give their conclusion to derby day.
Sky Sports blog is full of praise for Giggsy.
YouTube have the latest FIFA 10 advert which includes our Wayne.
Dirty Tackle rounds up this weekend's abuse.
Despite the Premier League's reputation for being the most exciting league in the world matches
like Sunday's Manchester derby don't come around too often.
I am supporter of neither team but I couldn't help but be caught up in the breathless drama of it
all. Local tussles such as this can often degenerate into passionate but scrappy affairs, with the
fear of defeating leading to a drab draw.
What for? We have no idea Like an Arsenal attacking move circa 2007, this new advert from Sky
Sports meanders around all sorts of exciting places and at the end you are still not sure of what
the point was. Rupert Murdoch and co are on the hunt for stark, raving, mad passionate fans from
England's [.
The list of confirmed qualifiers for next year is as follows:
Australia, Brazil, England, Ghana, Holland, Japan, North Korea, Paraguay, South
Korea and Spain. Possibly the only surprise there is North Korea (making
their second appearance in the finals) but all of these countries have qualified before.

I've always been a Pro Evo girl, but maybe this advert might make me buy Fifa 10! The advert is
full of appearances from some of the world's top footballing talent, but can you name them all?

You may have read that Tope has signed for one more month, which means he will remain a Robin
until October 13, 2009. So far Tope has participated in 7 matches so far and scored twice.
However, the official Swindon Town website no longer states that he is on loan from Bolton and
gives Bolton as his 'previous club'.
Hot off the conveyor belt of cracking adverts by Nike, Patrice Evra has got his very own
one and in cartoon form. It is a very very cool advert...
My only objection is that playing for Manchester comes lower than playing for France. Lies I
tell you, lies...

I am pretty damn sure that this bear will maul someone after a couple of games, but until then,
amazing. Animal cruelty will probably stop it as well which is probably fair enough but I will be
watching Vallodolid games just to see if he learns to kick the ball!
Yet another brilliant advert from Nike that we have to show you this week, they should really
pay us for this. This weeks is the Portugal vs Brazil Ole advert, which includes brilliant skill,
funny moments, the obvious Eric Cantona cameo and a great tackle by the ref. I love how they all
look battered at the end and what a soundtrack.
