Jozy Altidore has reason to celebrate, and not just because it's his birthday.

Altidore found the back of the net for the first time since Sept. 29 by capping the scoring in AZ Alkmaar's 3-0 victory over ADO Den Haag on the day he turned 22 years old.

There's a full slate of matches this weekend so if you don't care about the Super Bowl or if you do like the Super Bowl but you're looking for ways to fill up the rest of your weekend, there's plenty of fútbol for you to watch.

Like many of the Championship and League One teams, Derby County has two games in a span of three days this weekend, meaning Conor Doyle is likely to get a chance to score his first goal at the club level.
