An excellent three-points at the Reebok against a team that used to intimidate us, and who managed
to put us on the back foot in the early stages of the game.
Despite opening brightly, and comprehensively out-passing Bolton, they took the lead through a goal
which, again, asked questions of our ability to defend from set-pieces.
Having let it settle a bit, I thought it appropriate to revisit what happened in Kiev yesterday.
A definite winneable game was blown thanks to some poor finishing. It isn't really much more than
that. The penalty awarded to Kiev was without doubt a dodgy decision. A first glance at it and it
look like Sagna tackled Ognjen Vukojevic in the box.
Arsenal, and especially Arsene Wenger, continue with their quest to win the UEFA Champions League
and prove themselves as being one of the best teams in Europe. They qualified with ease against
Twente, winning 6-0 on aggregate, and they will feel confident they can come out of this group and
earn a place in the [.
Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor has refused to fly with the Togo national team for their World
Cup qualifier against Zambia after hearing rumours that the plane they were travelling on was going
to crash. Adebayor, who has previously rowed with the Togo FA over bonus payments, caused further
controversy when he delayed the flight by 24 [.
TORONTO - An exciting chapter now begins for Pistolas FC as the offseason begins and a bevy of
opportunities opens up to make this team more committed, more creative, more skilled, more
defensive, and a hell of a lot quicker.
Having just barely missed out on the European Transfer Window which closed just yesterday, the
likes of Christiano Ronaldo, Fernando Torres, Benzema, Adebayor, Dani Alves, Samuel Eto, Didier
Drogba, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are all locked up for the year.

Good day folks. Thanks to my current unemployed status, I'll be following the match online (In
Spanish) and bringing a blow by blow account of the action. Not sure how this will go, but feel
free to leave thoughts in the comment section. Back soon with starting lineups.

Dynamo Kiev: Bogush, Betao, Diakhate, Mykhalyk, Nesmachniy, Vukojevic, Yussuf,
Yeremenko, Aliev, Ninkovic, Bangoura.
Nicklas Bendtner and Emmanuel Eboue have been handed starts by Arsene Wenger as the Gunners' take
on Bolton later this evening. Dutch forward Robin van Persie has been dropped to the bench, while
Theo Walcott is also replaced despite putting in a energetic performance against Dynamo Kiev during
midweek.
Arsenal took on a tough Bolton side at the Reebok this afternoon looking to extend their points in
the Premier League table. Arsene Wenger left Robin van Persie and England ace Theo Walcott on the
bench for the trip to the Reebok Stadium. Nicklas Bendtner was handed a start to partner Emmanuel
Adebayor up front and Emmanuel [.
One has to wonder what goes on at shooting practice behind the sacred doors at London Colney.
Despite racking up a more than healthy number of goals in the club's last handful of games, I have
become more and more frustrated at the amount of simple chances that appear to evade the team all
too [.
I have never been a fan of Nicolas Anelka so I know I am totally biased against him. Actually, that
isn't totally true, when he was a teenager at Arsenal I was as impressed with him as was everybody
else. It is since he left Arsenal that he has been such a disappointment. Watching Chelsea play
against Manchester United on Sunday, I couldn't help but feel that Anelka looked totally out of
place.
Yes, it's hardly something to get overly excited about (although I love this kind of
enthusiasm). But good times call for celebration, even through just five games of the season, as
Arsenal sits on top, one point ahead of Chelsea and Liverpool. The biggest point of triumph is the
elimination of the dropped points at Fulham.
To say this was a bad day at the office, will be a lie and letting the players off lightly.
This was a disaster with too many players under performing and Wenger making a couple of mistakes.
Wenger resorted to Adebayor and van Persie up front, that was a mistake, neither was on the ball
all [...]
Adebayor's agent has been hawking his client off to other clubs ever since Adebayor started scoring
goals on a regular basis for Arsenal (the first claims I remember are from spring 2007). There were
noises in summer 2007 but nothing came out of because none of the big clubs were interested, but by
summer 2008 [.
Emmanual Adebayor is an idiot to say the least,
no justification needed I don't think. The latest in his expanding annual of brain-meltingly banal
comments came yesterday when for some reason he got a ‘feeling' his plane would crash, and
subsequently refused to get on it with the rest of the Togo team bound for Zambia.
Arsene Wenger's first ever game in charge of Arsenal was a 2-0 win against Blackburn at Ewood Park;
the same scoreline would be welcomed with opened arms if it was to occur tomorrow. Blackburn have
registered one league win in five seasons against the Gunners side, and lost eight of the 10
fixtures.
Arsenal made the return up north to face a team that has posed so many problems in the past. But
this was an Arsenal team that had an ascendant Theo Walcott brimming with confidence and newly
found decision making skills. You could see it in the way he asserted himself in the match.
Blackburn was at the receiving end with Walcott laying down a crisp pass to the flying Dutchman
who had the honour of notching up Arsenal's first strike.
Another weekend saw another good result. Hard to find a lot of things to complain about after
taking down Blackburn, thanks to Theo, Adebayor, and RvP - among others. Nice to see Walcott remain
fairly grounded after his hat trick against Croatia. His mazy run set up van Persie's goal, while
Adebayor netted a treble.
Arsene Wenger felt a draw would be a good result against Kiev and given the circumstances I
suppose it was.
A last-gasp equaliser from William Gallas salvaged a point but in truth we should have won that
game. We had the chances in the first half to have made life much more comfortable for ourselves
but failed to take them.
Emmanuel Adebayor believes the Gunners battling display against Dynamo Kiev could be just the
warm-up they needed for what promises to be another bruising encounter at Bolton this weekend. The
Gunners head to the Reebok on the back of a very physical battle in the Champions League, where
they were able to salvage a late 1-1 [.
Arsenal beat Bolton tonight in the evening kick off at the Reebok stadium, with goals coming from
Emmanuel Eboue, Our featured player Nicklas Bendtner and Brazilian Denilson. Arsenal went
behind early on with Kevin Davies heading Bolton into the lead. Arsenal came straight
back into the game after the goal, Bendtner putting Adebayor in but the Togolese strikers [.
Well, it's top of the league for Arsenal with a 3-1 win over Bolton.
Games up there are rarely dull and yesterday was no exception. We started brightly but found
ourselves a goal behind early on as our central defensive weakness was exposed again. From a corner
William Gallas stood watching as Kevin Davies ran off him, leaving Kolo Toure with two men to mark,
and the Bolton man got to the ball first to head his side in the lead.
Welcome back fellow Gooners, it has been a while but now I am ready to give you news and post match
analysis of Arsenal's fixtures. I would like to start off with a personal boast, saying that this
summer I managed to meet the French National team during their visit to play Sweden in a friendly.
As you know, many of our present and former players are in the French squad.

Now, the fantasy slave is really back. Cristiano returned to the starting lineup today in third
round Carling Cup action and scored a typical Cristiano-like goal, rising above two defenders in
traffic and sending a powerful header into the back of the net. After today's performance,
it's only a matter of time before the 8% owned Ronaldo skyrockets to 25 or 30 percent ownership
amongst star-struck fantasy premier league managers.
Premier League leaders Arsenal take on surprise package Hull City at the Emirates Stadium on
Saturday. The Gunners are flying high at the top of the Premiership and take on top-flight
debutantes Hull on the back of a 6-0 destruction of Championship side Sheffield United by their
youngsters in the Carling Cup, but expect manager Arsene [.
Coming out of the ground on Saturday I heard one disgruntled Arsenal fan behind me say "You
know, if it were up to me I'd drop the whole fucking lot of them and play the kids on
Tuesday".
Knee-jerk reactions to defeats like Saturday's are normal but it was easy to see where he was
coming from.

7.30pm Rushden & Diamonds v Altrincham, Blue Square Premier, Setanta Sports 1
The Diamonds will be going hell for leather tonight as a win will see them jump from tenth to third
in the Blue Square Conference table. On current form that seems quite likely, so our money's going
on Garry Hill's mob.
