Major League Soccer will expand its regular season and roster sizes in 2011.

More is more, according to Major League Soccer.

With the additions of Vancouver and Portland next season, MLS has announced that it will feature a 34-match schedule in 2011. The new schedule gives each club an additional four matches after employing a 30-match season since 2007.

The state's top men's amateur league, the Wisconsin Adult Soccer Association Major League, starts its 2010-11 season next weekend.

The league includes 10 teams this season, two more than in recent years, with the additions of Milwaukee Brewers FC and USA Palermo. Those teams played in the WASA Reserve League last season, with the Brewers going 12-1-5 and winning the regular-season title before being upset in the playoffs.
